They gave a fair quote and really knew what they were talking about. Of the six people who gave me quotes they were the only ones who actually need the names of the trees and bushes (Google verified). They came out and spent a long time making sure everything was done right and changed things based off my requests.
We use Coconut Contracting for all of our major landscaping projects, as well as our regular landscaping maintenance. Rob and the team are responsive, answer all of our questions, and do excellent work. They are easy to work with and their pricing is very competitive (you get what you pay for!). I hired Rob and his teams to install 400 square feet of slab and tile for a backyard remodel. Great work and I highly recommend them. Rob paid attention to the small details I would have missed, like installing a drainage hole in a side wall and sleeving the low-voltage lighting to ensure they can be replaced later. The team did a great job at a competitive price. Rob was there every step of the way to ensure I was happy with the finished product. If Rob says he will get your job done, you can take that to the bank.
Coconut Contracting did an excellent job expanding our pool area to include an 1100 sq foot paver patio. We had talked to a couple of other landscaping companies, but Rob had the most creative ideas for our backyard. He really seemed to care about what would work best for our family. The job was completed earlier than expected, and we are extremely happy with the outcome. We will be using Coconut Contracting for another project next year, and we’ll be recommending them to friends and family in the meantime.
Rob and his crew did everything he said they would and more. They were efficient, cleaned up when the work was done and left me with awesome new pavers in three areas of my yard. The work was done within budget (a very fair price after I got three estimates) and he even took care of a couple extra things as a courtesy which shows me he cares about his customers. The final product is amazing and I will be referring family, friends and neighbors to Rob and Coconut Contracting and once they see the work he did at my house they’ll have no reason to call anyone else. An A++++++ rating and highly recommended.
I wish I could give more than 5 stars because Rob at Coconut Contracting and his crew are amazing at what they do!… I couldn’t believe how quickly things got started and Rob was always keeping me in the loop of anything that came up, always asking before any changes were made… Rob and his entire crew go above and beyond in what they do and strive for perfection… He will also help to educate you and provides details on how to care for the newly designed and beautiful landscape. I cannot tell you how much of a difference this backyard landscaping has made, even in the hot summer weather, we still want to be outside enjoying the backyard now! If you don’t pick Rob and Coconut Contracting, you are missing out on the best out there!!!
Rob and crew are absolutely terrific… From planning and design through execution, Rob guided me through the process of redesigning both my front and back yard. We kept it reasonably simple as I had a limited budget for a lot of space, but within those constraints, he worked magic. The plants selected are beautiful, and the design is balanced and creates a feeling of spaciousness combined with comfort and softening of the hard landscape that was initially there… Rob made everything easy. Agreed dates were kept, the work unfolded just as planned, crew was friendly, thorough, and responsible, communication was clear and regular, and the project was executed just as we’d planned regarding budget… I feel grateful every time I pull into my driveway, no joke, that I found and was able to work with this outstanding team.
